I know you’ve been waiting for this one 😉 My family’s favorite place to eat while in Disneyland is the Big Thunder Ranch BBQ! The food is simply delicios and the atmosphere, particularly at Christmas time, is magical. The “owners” of the ranch come out and play guitar while singing Christmas carols. The kids are often invited to join in and my daughter has gotten up on stage with them and to ring a set of bells. We love the family style way they serve the meal along with the delicious desserts, especially the S’mores Bake and the cobbler!
As I write this post I feel that it is important to share that Big Thunder Ranch will be closing as early as January of next year to make room for Star Wars. So if you are headed to Disney in the next four months make sure you stop on by and eat some down home cooked BBQ!!
